Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Women’s Services team in Labor & Delivery. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to expectant mothers and their newborns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond to any complications.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and infant care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatric, and Gynecology.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, AWHON Fetal Monitoring.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.
• Charge experience is preferred.
