Variable shifts available: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist with primary experience in acute inpatient care and secondary experience in ICF/SNF rehab. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating and re-evaluating assigned residents/patients, planning and implementing ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist, and providing consulting physical therapist services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients
• Plan therapeutic physical therapy programs
• Implement prescribed therapy plans
• Provide consulting services as required

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 6 months work experience in acute care, rehab hospitals, or skilled nursing facilities (SNF)
• Hawaii Physical Therapist License required by the start of the assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
