Job Description

We are seeking qualified individuals for a healthcare position that requires adherence to specific health and professional requirements necessary for onboarding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate commitment to maintaining compliance with policies and procedures related to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of necessary health screenings and vaccinations.
• Follow Trinity's Code of Conduct and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Participate in competency testing as required for your specialty.
• Complete all required training and forms before starting the assignment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid professional license/certificate verification.
• Successful completion of a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination status and other required immunizations.
• Compliance with background checks and necessary training certifications.
