Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Seasonal Travel RN specializing in Orthopedics to join our team. This position involves working in a surgical unit with a focus on orthopedic procedures, providing high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an orthopedic surgical unit with a nursing ratio of 1:5.
• Conduct dressing changes and perform aspirations as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Utilize EMR (Meditech) for documentation and management of patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be an independent RN with experience in a surgical unit caring for up to 5 patients.
• Preferred experience in pain management and orthopedic care.
