Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will have a background in geriatric care or inpatient rehab experience, specifically with Swing Bed patients. This position requires advanced skills in wound care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting.
• Utilize advanced wound care techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using the Cerner documentation system.
• Adhere to unit guidelines and policies while providing concierge-level service to an affluent community.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with geriatric patients or inpatient rehab is essential.
• Must be able to perform minor procedures and demonstrate advanced wound care skills.
