Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab, including both right and left heart catheterizations as well as peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing cardiac catheterizations, both diagnostic and interventional.
• Utilize advanced equipment including GE lab, Impella, Balloon pump, Penumbra, and IVUS.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Merge Hemo documentation system.
• Participate in procedure-related call shifts as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient care and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Current RCIS certification required.
• Advanced Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required.
• Experience in Electrophysiology (EP) is preferred.
