Job Description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Candidates must possess Epic experience and preferred candidates will have experience in a Level I trauma center. This role requires the skill to float to various ICUs, including but not limited to neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and progressive critical care units (PCCU).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients across multiple intensive care units.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management.
• Float to different ICU settings and handle patients in the emergency department and PACU awaiting bed placement.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience in a Level I trauma center is preferred.
• Proficiency in floating between various ICUs is highly desired.
