Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will scrub and monitor cardiac, vascular, interventional radiology, and interventional neurology procedures. Responsibilities include managing access sites and symptoms, including sheath removal, as well as scheduling in and outpatients for all procedures. This role also involves assisting with admitting, recovering, and discharging patients.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and monitor interventional procedures
• Manage access sites and symptoms, including sheath removal
• Take emergency and after-hours call (minimum of 15 call shifts required)
• Schedule inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Assist with patient admissions, recoveries, and discharges

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous experience in a Cath Lab is required
• Current NJ ARRT license preferred
• Experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL), Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Neurology
• On-call responsibilities expected
