Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU Nurse with extensive experience in Neuro-Progressive care to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of neuro-progressive nursing and demonstrate the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment. Navy blue scrubs are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a progressive care or ICU setting.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• MUST have Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU experience.
• Epic experience is REQUIRED.
• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
