Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for a travel position to provide high-quality patient care in a general medical-surgical inpatient nursing unit. The role involves assessing patient needs, planning care, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:6.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and support services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years Med/Surg nursing experience required.
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Fingerprinting for all NM travelers is required.
