Job Description

Join our dynamic Med/Surg/Ortho unit and provide high-quality care to our diverse patient population. The unit boasts a large cardiac population and various patient medical issues, both acute and chronic. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to float between Med/Tele and Rehab units, enhancing your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a Med/Surg/Ortho setting.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as required.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Participate in unit activities and contribute to a cooperative working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry experience is mandatory.
• Chemo certification is preferred.
