Schedule

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Every 3rd weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, and Gyn. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and professional care to a diverse patient population including maternal, newborn, and pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in Labor & Delivery and postpartum settings.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, mother/baby, Pediatrics, and Gyn.
• Charge experience is preferred.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, AWHON Fetal Monitoring.
• Must hold current RN licensure in North Carolina.
