Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our exceptional rehab team. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in skilled nursing and post-acute settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their highest functional potential.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Document accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
