Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience. Home health experience is preferred. The candidate will be assigned to a service area including San Mateo County and San Francisco. The position offers two contract options: guaranteed hours or non-guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patient visits and treatment as prescribed
• Maintain productivity standards by completing necessary points within assigned timeframe
• Travel outside the designated area when required to fulfill patient care needs
• Prepare and maintain documentation in compliance with regulations

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• TB screening (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), and annual flu vaccine
• Drug screening and physical examination required
