Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant with at least 1 year of professional experience. Home health experience is preferred, and the role involves providing therapy services to patients in their homes. The position requires flexibility in travel and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments to patients in home health settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Adhere to productivity standards and visit expectations.
• Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising therapist.
• Accept patients as assigned, including those affected by COVID-19.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Required immunizations: TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual).
• Pass a drug screening and provide a recent physical exam.
