Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide home health services. Recent graduates are welcome to apply! Experience in home health is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will be required to conduct various evaluations and routine visits, as outlined in their productivity requirements. They will also need to travel to the assigned county territory and may be required to see Covid-19 positive patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California Occupational Therapist License
• BLS Certification
• Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Annual TB Test
• MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), and annual Flu vaccinations
• Drug Screen and Physical Examination
