Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Inpatient Rehab Nurse will work in a unit that primarily focuses on rehabilitation and medical-surgical care, providing patient-centered care to individuals recovering from various conditions. The unit has 19 beds and a staff-to-patient ratio of 6:1, ensuring personalized and attentive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the inpatient rehab setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans.
• Assure patient safety and comfort throughout their recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Rehab or Medical-Surgical nursing experience required.
• IV experience necessary.
• Wound care, stroke, TBI experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
