CVICU Registered Nurse - Night/Day Shift

Schedule

Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) and Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30); rotating shifts.

Job Description

The position requires working in the CVICU department, providing critical care to patients. Applicants must be flexible with shifting rotations based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to CVICU patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the CVICU specialty.
• Must hold a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required.
• Travel experience in the specialty may substitute for some of the required experience.
• One professional reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty is mandatory.
