Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel position specializing in high-risk pregnancies. The ideal candidate will have experience in large hospital settings and demonstrate strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough and accurate patient assessments across all age groups.
• Demonstrate competent clinical skills while delivering direct patient care.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient care and education.
• Exhibit professionalism by adhering to policies and pursuing clinical growth.
• Ensure patient satisfaction by responding courteously to patients and families.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Demonstrate knowledge of surgical conditions, procedures, and patient education.
• Prioritize patient care based on needs and condition changes.
• Support the completion of pre-admission testing and evaluate orders for appropriateness.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous travel experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital settings.
• Current RN License.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
