Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology RN to cover a leave of absence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology with specialized skills in electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform pacemaker and defibrillator lead extractions and removals.
• Assist in the Watchman procedure and arrhythmia induction.
• Conduct cardiac ablations, mapping, and cardioversion.
• Manage conduction studies and insertion/programming of AICDs.
• Implement left atrial appendage (LAA) closure and pacemaker insertion.
• Administer antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and thrombolytics.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, including obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Electrophysiology Lab or outpatient clinics.
• Previous experience with higher patient ratios is preferred.
• Valid Washington RN license or COMPACT license.
• EPIC charting system experience is required.
• Background in cardiology is essential.
