Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel RN for our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care nursing, with experience in managing high acuity patients and specific skill sets related to critical care management.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for pediatric patients with critical illnesses.
• Manage complex patient conditions, including respiratory illnesses, sepsis, and DKA.
• Administer medication and manage drips (e.g., epinephrine, norepinephrine, milrinone).
• Conduct assessments and procedures, including Foley insertions and dressing changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active TX RN license (temporary license will not be accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric critical care experience.
• Current certifications in PALS and BLS are required.
