Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Night Shift

Nights 12 (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM), every other weekend as needed.

Job Description

This position is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the Respiratory Care process of assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. The RRT collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery toward achieving desired patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient respiratory conditions.
• Plan and implement respiratory care interventions.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in respiratory care.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA).
• Active RRT credential from NBRC and active Respiratory Care licensure by the New Jersey Board of Respiratory Care required.
