Days; Monday-Friday, flexibility needed (typically 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) - 40 hours/week.

Job Description

Join our innovative team focused on providing rehabilitation services for a variety of conditions, from stroke recovery to orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation. Our aim is to deliver individualized care ensuring a safe, effective recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care.
• Administer treatments for conditions, including arthritis, neurological disorders, and post-surgical therapy.
• Implement specialized programs such as Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's and lymphedema treatment.
• Conduct functional capacity evaluations and gait disturbance assessments.
• Fabricate orthotics and splints as necessary.
• Provide speech therapy for language and swallowing disorders.
• Utilize EMR, specifically EPIC, for documentation and patient management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient Physical Therapy experience is required.
• Previous travel experience is preferred.
• Valid New Hampshire RN License or a Compact license is required.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Must own a vehicle for transportation.
