Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN with a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate must possess a permanent Ohio license (or a compact state license), along with BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients' conditions and administer necessary treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Reference from a supervisor or manager in the specialty is required for submission.
