Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:00)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient-focused role, with some inpatient floating required. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of relevant experience and a valid state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients in an outpatient setting, while also floating to inpatient care as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid state license required at the time of submission.
