11:00 AM - 11:00 PM with varying shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Department Nurse to join our team in Anchorage, AK. The ideal candidate must possess an active Alaska RN license and have extensive experience in emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Conduct assessments and implement emergency nursing protocols.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during treatment.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including Charge RNs, ED Techs, and Flow Coordinators.
• Participate in the training and mentoring of staff as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Alaska.
• Prior experience in an Emergency Department is essential.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH, ENPC.
• Experience with stroke, STEMI, trauma, and pediatrics is preferred.
