Shift: 19:00 - 07:00, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a Charge Nurse for our Emergency Room department. The ideal candidate will possess charge experience and be capable of leading a fast-paced team. This role demands exceptional clinical skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage critical situations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Emergency Room team in providing high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies.
• Manage patient flow and oversee triage processes.
• Coordinate with medical staff to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in the Emergency Room specialty.
• Active RN license (Temporary licenses will not be accepted).
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC is required.
• Experience with MEDITECH is preferred.
