Shift: 07:30 AM - 06:00 PM, 40 hours per week with occasional Saturday coverage (typically 2 Saturdays within the contract).

Job Description

Our facility is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. The role involves primarily outpatient work, with some inpatient responsibilities. Candidates must possess a current Oregon PT license to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Oregon PT license is required.
• Relevant experience in outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.
