7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM with rotating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our COVID ICU unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, handling critical and complex patient needs. You will be expected to work efficiently and collaboratively with a dedicated team while ensuring the utmost patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer care to critically ill patients in the COVID ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Utilize advanced medical technologies and equipment including ECMO and CRRT.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly using the Meditech system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses are not accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Strong familiarity with vasoactive drips and hemodynamic monitoring.
