Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights / Varied Shift

Job Description

The RN provides age-specific, direct patient care while utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. This role includes leadership responsibilities, such as delegating work to other employees and ensuring compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing health care provision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-specific, direct patient care utilizing the Nursing Process.
• Assume leadership responsibilities including delegation of tasks to other staff.
• Maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations related to healthcare.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training.
• Relevant nursing licensure and experience in a similar role.
• Completion of booked courses must occur at the time of Clinical Orientation if certifications are inactive.

Schedule

This position requires a varied night shift schedule.
