Night shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Block Scheduling is not guaranteed)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Charge Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care of critically ill patients in the ICU. The candidate should have strong skills in CRRT and Prismaflex and possess a high degree of heart experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage patient care in the ICU.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Act as a resource for clinical issues and concerns.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU.
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Active New York RN license and all active RN licenses.
• 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN references.
• EMR experience, specifically with EPIC.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with address matching demographics.
