Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the NICU and possess strong skills in patient care within a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in both NICU and stepdown settings.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition, and document findings accurately.
• Perform procedures such as intubations, chest tube placements, and central line insertions, as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning optimally during use.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 4 years of NICU Level III - IV experience.
• Current RN license.
• Certification in NRP and STABLE is required.
