8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday with alternating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team as a traveler. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients and maintain a focus on effective rehabilitation strategies. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment and rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.
