Job Description

Join our team at the Wesley Rehabilitation Center as a Travel Registered Nurse in a state-of-the-art facility. This role involves providing care and support to patients undergoing rehabilitation, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective recovery plans are in place.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the rehabilitation care plan established by the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Administer IV medications and perform lab draws as needed.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and rehabilitation programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license; must have IV certification and BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry preferred.
• CRRN certification is a plus.
