Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description

The NICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level 3 NICU setting. This role demands critical thinking, scientific judgment, and strong leadership to anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk and newborn deliveries
• Manage NICU patient admissions
• Start IVs and perform lab draws
• Provide care for ventilated patients
• Assist in postpartum care as needed based on census

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Arizona Nursing License
• NRP Certification
• 3 years of NICU nursing experience
• Level 3 NICU experience
• Infant Driven Feeding Certificate
• Preferred: STABLE certification
