Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation. Ideal candidates should have a passion for helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor and manage patient medications and treatment plans.
• Perform assessments and evaluations for patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Charge nurse experience is a plus.
• Experience in LTAC or trauma level facilities preferred.
