Shift: Days, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, call required, floating required.

Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician demonstrates critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with the performance of imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The Technician is responsible and accountable for performing studies timely, under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services. Patient ratio is 1:1, and duties include performing Cardiac Cath Lab and Electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the performance of cardiac imaging studies.
• Ensure timely execution of procedures under guidance.
• Participate in call requirements after hours and weekend rotation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3+ years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• ARRT(R) certification required.
• NM license required.
