This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM, with no set schedules.

The position requires a dedicated and skilled healthcare professional to provide high-quality care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered healthcare services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• COVID-19 Vaccine (for onboarding)
• MMR (for onboarding)
• Hepatitis B (for onboarding)
• Influenza Vaccine (for onboarding)
• TB Test (for onboarding)
• Varicella (for onboarding)
• Tdap (for onboarding)
• Driver's License/State ID (for onboarding)
• Physical/Health Statement (for onboarding)
• Prime Core Competencies Exam (for onboarding)
• Prime Skills Checklist (for onboarding)
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test, for onboarding)
• Prime Criminal Background Check (for onboarding)
