Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will perform routine CT scans, adhere to radiologist protocols, and operate independently without supervision. The candidate should be adept at using Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation to ensure optimal patient care and accurate imaging.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized CT scans as needed.
• Function independently without supervision.
• Maintain compliance with imaging protocols and safety standards.
• Record and document patient imaging history accurately.
• Assist with procedures such as venipuncture, biopsies, and drainages if required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, and vascular or cardiac imaging is preferred.
