Nights, 12-hour shifts (3/12's) with a 36-hour guarantee. Must work holidays.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process. This position requires collaboration with other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards. The role focuses on delivering patient and family-centered care while complying with hospital policies and professional guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
• Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assume responsibility for quality patient care and professional development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3+ years of Telemetry experience (required)
• Completion of at least 1 travel assignment (required)
• Paragon EMR experience (preferred)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Michigan nursing license verification (required)
