Cardiac Nurse - CVOR

Schedule

This position involves (5) 8-hour shifts, with after-hours call coverage including weekends and holidays specifically for cardiac cases. Floating to the Main OR will be required when there are no cardiac cases scheduled.

Job Description

The Cardiac Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the CVOR setting. This includes assisting with cardiac surgical procedures, monitoring patient recovery, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification (AHA) is required.
• Current nursing license is needed for submission.
• Experience in a CVOR setting is highly preferred.
