This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day 5x8-Hour shifts, working Monday through Friday, with start times ranging from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM. No holidays or weekends are required.

Job Description

The Pediatric Echo Tech will be responsible for performing advanced echocardiograms on pediatric patients, with specific proficiency required in complex congenital heart defects. Candidates should have experience using GE Vivid 95 and PACS systems for entering full reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct echocardiograms on pediatric patients.
• Document findings accurately in the PACS system.
• Collaborate with medical staff on patient care and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pediatric Echo Tech.
• Registered Pediatric Sonographer (ARDMS) with PE certification or CCI with RCCS certification required at the time of start.
• Proficiency in scanning pediatric echocardiograms and extensive knowledge of complex heart diseases and defects.
• BLS certification required.
