Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a critical access rural hospital with a large focus on inpatient and swing bed rehabilitation. The role primarily involves outpatient therapy, mainly centered around orthopedics, with opportunities to work in neuro rehabilitation depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, particularly in orthopedics and potentially neuro based on experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapy license or certification as required by the state.
• Experience in orthopedic therapy and knowledge of neuro rehabilitation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
