Job Description

Join our dynamic MICU team in Nashville, TN, where you will provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients. You will be expected to deliver compassionate and attentive care to patients and their families while utilizing advanced medical equipment and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced MICU environment.
• Perform advanced procedures such as the insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions.
• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the Meditech documentation system.
• Comply with unit guidelines and policies to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Prior ICU experience is required.
