30 Days of Gratitude

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we will be encouraging our employees and nurses to take part in our 30 Days of Gratitude Campaign. Every day our team will submit something that they are grateful for that day. At the end of the week, we will feature some of these things anonymously on our social channels and this page.

Gratitude pushes us to recognize the good in ourselves, others, and our day. Starting off each morning on a positive note can directly impact the rest of the day, week, and eventually month.
